i opine... Might want to call it "Mismatched Law." I think they've cast both leads perfectly, even if Adam Goldberg can be a bit too over-the-top at times...and the supporting cast is good. In case you can't catch this one, the same show (mismatched lawyers) is also premiering over on the WB as "Just Legal." With so many pilots it amazes me how two incredibly similar shows both get picked up. But...

	the breakdown   6 episodes, if they're lucky. It's got a tough slot and probably won't splash big enough to get noticed.
