	i opine... This has got Don Johnson (and the Bruckheimer pedigree) going for it. Unfortunately, Johnson's playing a seemingly very cranky character, which might not entice fans. That and, as I said over on its page, the other mismatched lawyer show, "Head Cases" is over on Fox. Take your pick.

	the breakdown   This is definitely last on the list for the slot. The Bruckheimer connection buys it some time.
